Unlearning Survival. Reclaiming Softness. Becoming Whole.

But Did You Die - Podcast Cover.png

"But Did You Die?" is more than a podcast—it's a sacred space for the strong Black woman who has been everyone's anchor but is now ready to come home to herself.

With bold clarity and tender truth, But Did You Die? calls out the emotional, spiritual, and generational weight Black women have carried for far too long. This show speaks directly to the unseen wounds, unspoken roles, and unrealistic expectations that have shaped how we move through the world—and dares to imagine life beyond survival.
